Viewing and Accepting Operator Offers
Once you've sent your trip request to operators, they can submit price proposals. This page explains how to find those offers, compare them, and select the one you want.
When do offers appear?
After you send your trip request (status moves to Request Sent), operators receive a notification and can review your details. When an operator submits a proposal, you receive an in-app notification and the offer becomes visible on your trip card.
You may receive multiple offers from different operators — this is normal and gives you a choice.
Viewing your offers
- Go to
Jet4Me→My Flights→ Pooling. - Open your trip card.
- Tap View Offers.
Each offer shows:
| Detail | What it means |
|---|---|
| Operator name and aircraft | Who is operating the flight and which plane |
| Total price | What you'll pay in full |
| Per-seat estimate | Shown for Book Seat trips only — your share of the cost |
| Itinerary | Each leg with origin, destination, date, and departure time |
| Offer validity | The deadline by which you must accept to lock in this price |
| Terms and cancellation policy | The operator's conditions — read these carefully |
Comparing offers
If you have multiple offers, take your time reviewing each one. Things worth comparing:
- Price — total cost and, for Book Seat trips, per-seat cost
- Aircraft — type, size, and amenities
- Schedule — exact departure times for each leg
- Offer validity — when each offer expires
- Cancellation policy — what happens if you need to cancel after confirming
There's no rush as long as offers haven't expired. However, once an offer's validity window closes, it's gone.
Once you accept an offer, the decision is final. All other offers are automatically declined and cannot be retrieved.
Selecting an offer
- Open the offer you want to accept.
- Tap Accept Offer.
- A confirmation prompt appears — review it and confirm.
That's it. jet4us takes care of the rest.
What happens immediately after you accept
| What jet4us does | Result |
|---|---|
| Declines all other offers automatically | Other operators are notified |
| Creates a confirmed trip | Based on the accepted offer's itinerary |
| Issues bookings for all members | Each member gets their own booking |
| Notifies all members | Everyone is informed the trip is confirmed |
Your trip request moves to Trip Created status, and your booking appears in My Flights → Confirmed in Awaiting Payment status.

If no offers arrive
If operators don't submit offers before your request expires:
- The trip request expires and moves to the Canceled tab.
- You can create a new trip request. Consider adjusting:
- Departure date or flexibility window
- Route (try city-level instead of a specific airport if you used one)
- Travel period (some routes have more operator availability at certain times)
Offer expiry
Each offer has a validity window set by the operator — typically a few hours to a few days. If you don't accept before it expires:
- The offer disappears from your list.
- If all offers expire before you act, your trip request may expire as well.
Check your notifications regularly after sending a trip request. Responding to offers quickly gives you the best chance of locking in a good price before validity runs out.
