My Flights
My Flights is your central hub for everything travel-related on jet4us — confirmed bookings, active pooling trips, and past or cancelled trips. You can find it at Jet4Me → My Flights.
The four tabs
My Flights is split into four tabs so you can quickly focus on what matters most.
Confirmed
Your active confirmed bookings — flights that have an operator, a schedule, and a seat waiting for you.
Each card shows:
- Route (origin and destination)
- Departure date
- Booking status badge
- Price per seat (for Book Seat trips)
Booking statuses you'll see here:
| Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Awaiting Payment | Your booking is held, payment not yet submitted | Tap Pay Now |
| Payment Under Review | You've submitted proof, operator is reviewing | Wait for approval |
| Confirmed | Fully confirmed — you're on the flight | Review itinerary, join chat |
Actions available (vary by status):
- Pay now and upload proof of payment
- View your full itinerary and flight details
- View passenger details
- Open chat with the operator
Pooling
Your active trip requests — trips you created or joined that haven't become confirmed flights yet, plus any pending invitations.
Each card shows the route, the trip status, and key actions based on where the trip is in its lifecycle.
Trip statuses you'll see here:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | You're still building the trip — it hasn't been shared yet |
| Pooling | The trip is open for others to join |
| Full | Capacity is reached — the trip is ready to go to operators |
| Request Sent | The trip is locked and operators have been notified |
| Offer Selected | You've accepted an offer — the confirmed trip is being created |
Actions available (vary by status):
- Start Pooling — open your draft trip to others
- Share — share the trip link to attract members
- Invite — send direct invitations to specific people
- Send Request — lock the trip and contact operators
- View Offers — review operator proposals
- Accept Offer — confirm an offer and create the trip
- Cancel Reservation — leave a trip you've joined (if the trip hasn't been sent to operators yet)
Invitations: Gold You're Invited cards appear here for trips where someone has reserved seats for you. See Trip Invitations for details.
Canceled
Bookings and trip requests that are no longer active — cancelled trips, declined offers, and expired requests.
- No actions are available on these cards.
- Use this tab as a reference if you need to review past activity.
All
A combined view of everything — confirmed, pooling, and cancelled — in one scrollable list. Useful when you want to see your full history at a glance without switching between tabs.
Opening a trip or booking card
On mobile: tap a card to expand it inline. Tap again to collapse.
On desktop: click a card to open the detail panel on the right side of the screen.
The desktop detail panel
On larger screens (tablet and desktop), clicking a card opens a full detail panel on the right side. This panel gives you more space and shows everything in one view:
- Complete itinerary with all legs
- Full member list (trip owners can see all members and their seat counts)
- All available actions for the current status
- Operator offer details (once offers have arrived)
- Payment timeline and current payment status
All actions in the detail panel work the same as on the mobile card — they call the same processes and show the same confirmation prompts.
