Planning Your Own Trip

If you can't find what you need in Fly Now or Book Seat search, you can create your own trip request. jet4us supports two modes depending on how you want to fly.

Book JetA full private charter — the entire aircraft is yoursGroups that want complete privacy or a custom itinerary
  • To create a Book Seat trip: tap the Book Seat tab → Plan My Own Trip.
  • To create a Book Jet trip: tap the Book Jet tab.

Requirements Before You Start

  • You must be logged in.
  • Your phone number must be verified. If you haven't added one yet, go to your avatar menu → AccountAdd Phone.

Creating a Book Seat Trip Request

The Book Seat wizard guides you through the following steps:

Step 1 — Choose your origin

Enter the city or airport you are departing from. You can enter a city name (such as "Casablanca") and jet4us will search all airports in that city — you don't need to know the exact airport code.

Step 2 — Choose your destination

Enter your destination city or airport. Same flexibility applies — city-level input is fine.

Step 3 — Choose your date and preferred time

Select your departure date from the calendar. Then choose a preferred time of day:

  • Morning (before noon)
  • Afternoon (noon to 5pm)
  • Evening (5pm to 9pm)
  • Night (after 9pm)

This is a preference, not a fixed time. Operators will take it into account when submitting offers.

Step 4 — Set the number of seats you need

Enter how many seats your party needs. This counts toward the total seat capacity of the trip.

Step 5 — Choose visibility

  • Public — your trip request is visible to anyone searching Book Seat. Other travelers can find it and join.
  • Private — only people you personally invite can join. The trip does not appear in search.

You can change this later, as long as the trip has not been sent to operators yet.

Step 6 — Review and create

Review all the details. When everything looks right, tap Create Trip. Your trip request is created with a status of Draft.

Creating a Book Jet Trip Request

The Book Jet wizard is for full private charters. No seat sharing, no pooling — the entire aircraft is reserved for your group.

Step 1 — Choose your itinerary type

  • One Way — a single flight from A to B.
  • Round Trip — an outbound flight and a return flight.
  • Multi-City — two or more legs with different origin and destination pairs.

Step 2 — Enter leg details

For each leg of your journey, provide:

  1. Origin airport — where the flight departs from.
  2. Destination airport — where the flight arrives.
  3. Date — the departure date for that leg.
  4. Preferred time of day — morning, afternoon, evening, or night.

For a round trip, you will fill in two legs. For multi-city, you can add as many legs as your itinerary requires.

Step 3 — Number of passengers

Enter the total number of passengers traveling. This helps operators match the right aircraft to your group size.

Step 4 — Review and create

Review all legs and passenger count. Tap Create Trip to submit.

note

Book Jet trips are always Private — they are never visible in public search. Only you and the operators you contact will see the details.

After Creating Your Trip Request

Your trip request starts in Draft status. Here is what happens next depending on your mode:

If you created a Book Seat trip

Your trip is now in Draft. You can:

  • Edit the details before opening it.
  • Start pooling to open it for others to join (see Pooling Your Trip).
  • Invite specific people directly.

If you created a Book Jet trip

Your trip is now in Draft. When you are ready, you can send it to operators directly from the trip card — no pooling required.
