Payments
This page explains how to pay for your booking once a trip is confirmed on jet4us.
How jet4us payments work
jet4us is a marketplace technology platform — it connects travelers with operators. You pay the operator directly. jet4us does not collect, hold, or process your money.
The current payment method is manual bank transfer. You transfer the amount to the operator's bank account, then upload proof of the transfer inside the app. The operator reviews and approves it.
When to pay
After an offer is accepted and your booking is created, it enters Awaiting Payment status. This means your seat is held, but not yet secured. You need to complete and submit payment to confirm your place on the flight.
jet4us does not handle your money. Always verify the operator's bank details carefully before transferring. If anything looks unfamiliar or suspicious, do not proceed — contact support instead.
The payment flow
Step 1 — Open your booking
Go to Jet4Me → My Flights → Confirmed, then open the booking showing Awaiting Payment.
Step 2 — Tap Pay Now
The payment screen shows:
- The total amount due
- The operator's bank account details
- The operator's terms and cancellation policy
Step 3 — Read and accept the operator's terms
Before you can submit payment, you must read and accept the operator's terms and cancellation policy. This step is required — you cannot proceed without it.
Take a moment to review the cancellation policy in particular, as it defines your options if you need to cancel after confirming.
Step 4 — Complete the bank transfer
Using your bank's app or website, transfer the exact amount to the operator's bank details shown in the app. Do this outside the jet4us app.
Keep a screenshot or receipt of your transfer — you'll need it in the next step.
Step 5 — Upload your proof of payment
Back in the jet4us app, upload your proof of payment — this can be a screenshot of the transfer confirmation, a bank receipt, or any document clearly showing the transfer was made.
Step 6 — Tap Submit
Your booking enters Payment Under Review status. The operator is notified and will review your proof.
After submitting proof
| Outcome | What happens | What you'll see |
|---|---|---|
| Approved | Booking becomes Confirmed | You receive a notification; your booking card updates |
| Rejected | Booking returns to Awaiting Payment | You receive a notification with the reason |
If your proof is rejected
- Open the booking in
My Flights→ Confirmed. - Read the rejection reason shown on the booking card.
- Prepare corrected or clearer proof (for example, a clearer screenshot or a different document).
- Tap Pay Now again and re-upload.
- Submit again.
Common reasons for rejection include: the amount is incorrect, the transfer date is missing, or the document is unreadable. The operator's message should tell you what to fix.
Important rules
- Accepting terms is required — you must accept the operator's terms before submitting proof. This cannot be skipped.
- Pay before the offer validity expires — if too much time passes, the offer may lapse and you'll need to start over.
- jet4us cannot confirm, process, or refund payments — all payment disputes must be handled directly with the operator.
- For refunds, refer to the operator's cancellation policy you accepted at the time of payment, then contact the operator directly.
Future versions of jet4us will support integrated online payments. The manual bank transfer process described here applies to the current version.
