How jet4us Works
jet4us turns the traditional charter process upside down. Instead of browsing operator listings and paying solo rates, you signal your demand first — then operators come to you.
Here is the full journey from idea to takeoff.
The traveler journey
Step 1 — Create a trip request
You open the app and choose your booking mode:
- Book Jet — you want the entire aircraft
- Book Seat — you want to share the cost with other travelers
You enter your route, travel dates, number of seats, and any preferences. This becomes your trip request — a demand signal that tells the platform exactly what flight you need.
Your trip request starts in Draft status while you are building it.
Step 2 — Pooling (Book Seat only)
If you chose Book Seat, your trip request moves into Pooling status once you publish it.
Other travelers searching for similar routes can discover your trip and request to join. As seats fill up, the cost per seat decreases because more people are sharing the aircraft.
You can set your trip to Public (anyone can find and join it) or Private (you invite specific people).
Once all seats are filled, your trip reaches Full status and pooling closes.
If you chose Book Jet, there is no pooling. Your trip goes directly from Draft to the next step below.
Step 3 — Send request to operators
Once your trip is ready — either because seats are full (Book Seat) or because you decide to proceed (Book Jet) — the trip request is sent to operators on the platform.
Your trip is now locked. Details cannot be changed while operators are reviewing and preparing their proposals.
Step 4 — Operators submit price offers
Operators on the jet4us network review your trip request and submit offers — formal price proposals that include:
- Total price for the charter
- Aircraft details
- Validity window (how long the offer remains open)
You may receive multiple competing offers from different operators.
Step 5 — You select the best offer
You review all offers and choose the one that suits you best. The moment you accept an offer, all other offers are automatically declined.
Your trip request moves to Offer Selected status.
Step 6 — Your confirmed trip and booking are created
Accepting an offer automatically triggers the creation of:
- A confirmed trip — the operational record of your flight
- A booking for every traveler on the trip — your individual seat reservation
You and any other travelers on the trip are notified immediately.
Step 7 — Pay your operator
Your booking now requires payment. You pay the operator directly using the payment details provided in the app. jet4us does not collect your payment — it connects you with the operator.
Once the operator confirms your payment, your booking status changes to Confirmed. You're on the flight.
Step 8 — Fly
Your booking is confirmed. Your flight details are available in the My Flights tab inside Jet4Me. Travel safely.

Where to find your trips
All your activity lives in the Jet4Me section of the app:
| Sub-tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| My Flights | Your confirmed bookings and trip history |
| My Pools | Your pooling interests and active pool trips |
| JetMates | People you've flown with or invited |
| Chat | Conversations related to your trips |
Already want to search for confirmed open-seat flights that are ready to book immediately? Use the Fly Now tab at the top of the app — no pooling required.
