Your First Pooling Trip

A pooling trip lets you share a private flight — and its cost — with other travelers. You create the trip request, others join, and once enough seats are filled you send it to operators for price proposals.

Before you start​

  • Signed in to jet4us
  • Phone number verified

Step 1 — Open Book Seat​

Tap the Book Seat tab at the top of the app.

If there are no existing pooling trips for your route, or if you want to create your own, tap Plan My Own Trip.

Step 2 — Enter your trip details​

The wizard walks you through:

  1. Origin — enter a city or airport name.
  2. Destination — enter a city or airport name.
  3. Date — pick your departure date and a preferred time of day.
  4. Seats — how many seats does your party need?
  5. Visibility — choose Public (anyone can find and join your trip) or Private (invite only).

Review everything and tap Create Trip.

Your trip is created in Draft status — only you can see it.

Step 3 — Start pooling​

Open your trip card in Jet4Me → My Flights → Pooling.

Tap Start Pooling to publish your trip. If you set it to Public, it immediately appears in Book Seat search for other travelers to find.

Step 4 — Build your pool​

While your trip is in Pooling status, you can:

  • Share a link — tap the share icon to copy a link and send it anywhere.
  • Invite people directly — tap Invite to send invitations by email, phone number, or from your JetMates list.
  • Watch the seats progress bar fill as travelers join.

Step 5 — Send to operators​

Once you have enough travelers (or all seats are filled), tap Send Request to broadcast your trip to operators.

Your trip is now locked. Operators will review it and submit price proposals.

What happens next?​

Operators submit offers, you review them, and pick the best one. Once you accept, your trip is confirmed and bookings are issued to everyone in the pool.
