Status Reference
This page is a complete reference for every status you may see on jet4us. Use it to understand what each status means and what action, if any, is required.
Trip Request Statuses
Visible to travelers on their pooling trip requests (Book Seat mode).
| Status | What it means | Who acts next |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | Your trip is being set up. Not visible to others yet. | You (owner): start pooling or send to operators |
| Pooling | Open for others to join. Demand is building. | Members join; you invite |
| Full | Seat capacity reached. Ready to send to operators. | You (owner): send to operators |
| Request Sent | Sent to operators. Waiting for price proposals. | Operators: submit offers |
| Offer Selected | You've chosen an offer. Trip being confirmed. | System: creates trip and bookings |
| Trip Created | Confirmed trip exists. Check your Confirmed tab. | Everyone: pay and prepare |
| Cancelled | Trip was stopped. No further action possible. | — |
| Expired | Timed out without action. | You: create a new trip if needed |
Booking Statuses
Visible to travelers on their confirmed bookings.
| Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Awaiting Payment | Seat reserved. Payment is needed to confirm your booking. | Pay now |
| Payment Under Review | Proof submitted. The operator is reviewing your transfer. | Wait for approval |
| Confirmed | Fully confirmed. You're on the flight. | Prepare for departure |
| Cancelled | This booking was cancelled. | Contact support if unexpected |
| Refunded | Your payment was returned. | Check your bank account |
Offer Statuses — Traveler View
What travelers see when reviewing operator price proposals.

| Available | Active offer, ready for your decision |
| Accepted | You selected this offer — trip is confirmed |
| Rejected | You chose a different offer |
| Withdrawn | The operator withdrew this offer |
| Expired | The offer's validity window passed |
Offer Statuses — Operator View
What operators see on their submitted offers.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Saved but not yet sent to the traveler |
| Submitted | Sent to the traveler, awaiting their decision |
| Accepted | The traveler selected your offer |
| Rejected | The traveler selected a different offer |
| Auto-rejected | Another offer was accepted; yours closed automatically |
| Withdrawn | You withdrew this offer |
| Expired | The validity window passed without a decision |
Payment Statuses — Operator View
What operators see when reviewing traveler payment submissions.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending Approval | The traveler submitted proof — needs your review |
| Paid / Confirmed | You approved the payment |
| Rejected | You rejected the proof — the traveler can resubmit |
| Cancelled | The payment was cancelled |
| Refunded | The payment was reversed |
