After Your Booking
Once a trip is confirmed and your booking is created, here is exactly what happens next — step by step.
1. Pay the operator
Your booking starts in Awaiting Payment status. Your seat is held but not secured until payment is complete.
Open your booking in Jet4Me → My Flights → Confirmed.
- Review the operator's payment details and total amount due.
- Read and accept the operator's terms and cancellation policy (required before submitting proof).
- Make the bank transfer from your bank — outside the app.
- Upload a screenshot or receipt as proof of payment inside the app.
- Tap Submit.
Your booking moves to Payment Under Review. The operator is notified.

2. Operator confirms your payment
The operator reviews your proof and approves it.
Once approved, your booking status changes to Confirmed. You receive a notification.
If the proof is rejected, you will be notified with a reason and can resubmit. Common reasons: incorrect amount, missing transfer reference, unclear image.
3. Your flight is confirmed
With a Confirmed booking, your seat is secured. You can now view:
- Complete itinerary (all legs, airports, times)
- Operator contact information
- Fellow travelers (for Book Seat trips)
All of this is available in Jet4Me → My Flights → Confirmed → tap your booking card.
4. Join the group chat
Once the trip is confirmed, a group chat is created for all travelers on the flight.
You can access it directly from your booking card — tap Open Chat.
Use the group chat to:
- Coordinate arrival and departure logistics with fellow travelers
- Ask the operator questions or share special requests
- Receive schedule updates from the operator

Check notifications regularly after submitting payment proof. Operator reviews are usually quick, but if your proof is rejected you will want to resubmit promptly.
