Finding a Flight
jet4us offers two discovery paths for finding a private flight. Which one to use depends on how soon you need to travel and how you want to book.
Path 1: Fly Now
Fly Now shows you confirmed, open-seat flights that are departing within the next 7 days.
What makes Fly Now different
Every result in Fly Now is a real, operational flight:
- The operator is confirmed and contracted.
- The aircraft is assigned and scheduled.
- Seats are available for immediate booking.
- The price is fixed — no waiting, no offers, no uncertainty.
This is the fastest path to a private flight on jet4us.
How to browse Fly Now
- Tap the Fly Now tab.
- Enter your origin airport or city in the search field.
- Results are ordered by proximity — airports nearest to you appear first, so you don't have to scroll past irrelevant options.
- Browse the results. Each card shows the route, departure date and time, aircraft type, available seats, and price per seat.
- Tap any result to see the full flight details.
How to book from a Fly Now result
- Open the flight detail page.
- Tap Book This Seat.
- Select how many seats you need.
- Review the total price.
- Confirm your booking.
Your booking appears immediately under Jet4Me → My Flights → Confirmed.
When Fly Now is empty
If no confirmed flights appear for your search, it means no operators have open seats on that route in the next 7 days. This is normal — Fly Now reflects real-time availability.
In that case, use Book Seat to create demand. Once enough travelers pool together, operators are contacted and flights are created.
Path 2: Book Seat Search
Book Seat shows you active pooling trip requests — trips that other travelers have started and opened for others to join.
What you're looking at
These are not confirmed flights yet. They are demand in progress: travelers gathering together before operators are contacted. When enough seats are reserved, the trip request is sent to operators who then submit price offers.
Joining a pooling trip means:
- You reserve your seat now.
- The final price is set after operators respond with offers.
- The trip is confirmed once an offer is accepted.
How to search Book Seat
- Tap the Book Seat tab.
- Enter an origin and destination (city or airport).
- Optionally set a date range to narrow results.
- Browse the results.
Reading a pooling trip card
Each result card shows:
- Route — origin and destination with the itinerary type icon.
- Date — the requested departure date.
- Seats progress bar — how many seats have been reserved out of the total capacity. A fuller bar means the trip is closer to being sent to operators.
- Available seats — how many open seats remain.
- Estimated price per seat — an approximate cost based on the route. The final price is set by the operator offer.
How to join a pooling trip from search
- Tap a result card to open the trip details.
- Review the route, date, seats available, and estimated price.
- Tap Join or Book This Seat.
- Select how many seats you need.
- Confirm — you are now a member of the pool.
Your reservation appears under Jet4Me → My Flights → Pooling.
When Book Seat search is empty
If no pooling trips match your search, no one has started a trip request for that route yet. Tap Plan My Own Trip to create a new pooling trip request and become the first person to build demand on that route.
