My Pools

My Pools lets you subscribe to the city-pair routes you care about. It's a lightweight way to tell jet4us "I'm interested in flights between these two cities" — without making any booking commitment.

Go to Jet4MeMy Pools.

What a pool is

A pool is a group of travelers interested in the same city-pair route. Pools are city-based, not airport-based — for example, "London ↔ Paris" rather than "LHR → CDG."

Pools help jet4us understand which routes have real demand, so operators can be encouraged to make seats available on those routes.

note

Being in a pool is not a booking. It doesn't reserve a seat, commit you to a price, or notify operators on your behalf. It's simply a signal of interest.

How you get added to a pool

Your pool memberships grow automatically as you use the app. You're added to a pool when you:

  • Create a trip request on a route
  • Join a pooling trip request on a route
  • Accept an invitation on a route

You can also join pools manually at any time (see below).

Joining a pool manually

  1. Go to Jet4MeMy Pools.
  2. Tap + Join Pool.
  3. Select an origin city.
  4. Select a destination city.
  5. Tap Join Pool.

You're now a member of that route's pool.

note

Pools are city-pair based, so the origin and destination must be different cities. You can't create a pool from a city to itself.

Viewing pool details

Tap any pool card to expand it. You'll see:

DetailWhat it shows
RouteThe city pair (origin ↔ destination)
Pool createdWhen this route pool was first created on jet4us
You joinedWhen you became a member
Total membersHow many travelers are in this pool

A higher member count signals stronger demand on that route.

Managing your pools

Muting a pool

If a pool generates too many notifications but you still want your interest counted:

  1. Expand the pool card.
  2. Tap Mute.

You stay in the pool and your membership is counted — you just won't receive notifications about activity on that route.

Leaving a pool

If you're no longer interested in a route:

  1. Expand the pool card.
  2. Tap Leave.
  3. Confirm by tapping Confirm Leave.

You're removed from the pool. This has no effect on any active trip requests or bookings you have on that route — those continue as normal.

Why it matters

Every member in a pool adds to the signal for that route. The more people expressing interest in a city pair, the more visibility that route gets — helping jet4us and operators understand where to focus availability.

Joining a pool is the lowest-effort thing you can do to help a route you care about get off the ground.
