Booking a Seat on a Confirmed Flight

This page covers booking a seat on a confirmed flight already listed in Fly Now. These are real flights with confirmed operators, confirmed schedules, and set prices — you're not joining a pooling request or waiting for offers. You're booking directly onto a flight that's ready to go.

What "Fly Now" means​

The Fly Now tab shows confirmed open-seat flights departing within the next 7 days. Seats are available for immediate booking. Prices are fixed.

This is different from Book Seat (pooling), where you join a trip request and wait for the demand to build before operators are contacted.

Finding a confirmed flight​

  1. Tap the Fly Now tab at the top of the app.
  2. Browse the available flights or use the search to filter by route and date.
  3. Tap a flight to view its details.

The seat booking flow​

  1. Review the flight details — route, departure date and time, aircraft type, operator, and price per seat.
  2. Select the number of seats you want to reserve.
  3. Add any special requests (optional) — for example, dietary needs or accessibility requirements.
  4. Review your total cost — the price shown is per seat, multiplied by the number of seats you selected.
  5. Tap Book Now.

Your booking is created and enters Awaiting Payment status.

After booking​

  • Your booking appears in Jet4Me → My Flights → Confirmed.
  • You'll need to complete payment to fully secure your seat — the booking isn't confirmed until payment is submitted and approved.

Act quickly on Fly Now flights. Available seats on confirmed flights can be taken by other travelers at any time.

If you've already booked this flight​

If you tap Book Now on a flight you already have an active booking for, jet4us will display a warning. You can still proceed, but you'll end up with duplicate bookings for the same flight.

If this happens by mistake, contact support to sort it out before completing payment.

Requirements​

Before you can book a seat, make sure:

  • You're logged in to your jet4us account.
  • Your phone number is verified. If you haven't added and verified a phone number yet, you'll be prompted to do so — this is required before completing any trip action.

To add your phone number, go to your profile settings.
