Complete Your Profile

Before you can create or join trips, two things need to be in place: your phone number must be verified, and your display name should be set. Your photo is optional but recommended for pooling trips.

Accessing your profile​

Tap your avatar in the top-right corner of any screen, then select Account.

Set your name​

Your name appears on trip cards, booking confirmations, and in group chats.

  1. Go to Account.
  2. Edit the First Name and Last Name fields.
  3. Tap Save.

Add a profile photo​

A photo helps your JetMates and travel group recognise you. It is optional.

  1. Go to Account.
  2. Tap your avatar or the placeholder image.
  3. Choose a photo from your device, crop it, and confirm.

Verify your phone number​

A verified phone number is required before you can create a trip, join a pooling trip, or book a seat. Operators need a reliable way to contact you about your flight.

  1. Go to Account → Add Phone.
  2. Enter your number in international format (e.g. +1 202 555 0100).
  3. Tap Send Code — a 6-digit SMS code is sent to your phone.
  4. Enter the code and tap Verify.

Your phone is now linked and verified. You are ready to book.

Keep access to this phone number — operators may contact you directly before your flight.
