Navigating the Operator Panel
This page describes the layout of the Operator Panel and what each section does. Familiarise yourself with this before you begin responding to flight requests.
Accessing the Panel
Operators use the same app URL as travelers. The panel you see after login depends on your account role — you are automatically directed to the Operator Panel when you log in with an operator account.
The Operator Panel is entirely separate from the traveler-facing app. You will never see traveler screens like "Book a Jet" or "Browse Trips" — your view is dedicated to managing flight requests, offers, and confirmed departures.
Desktop Navigation — Sidebar
On desktop and tablet (screen width 768px and above), the sidebar is always visible on the left side of the screen.
Dashboard
Your home screen inside the Operator Panel.
Shows:
- A summary of active flight requests awaiting your response
- Recent activity on your offers and confirmed trips
- A list of your most recent conversations with travelers
Use the Dashboard as your daily starting point to see what needs attention.
Flight Requests
All incoming trip requests that have been sent to your operator account.
Three tabs:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Active | Open requests you haven't responded to yet — your priority list |
| Accepted | Requests where your offer was accepted by the traveler |
| All | Your complete flight request history |
Go here first when you log in to check for new requests.
My Offers
All offers you have created across all flight requests.
Three tabs:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Active | Offers that are currently pending a traveler decision |
| Submitted | All submitted offers (includes accepted, rejected, expired) |
| All | Every offer you've ever created, including drafts |
Use this section to track the status of your submitted offers and manage any drafts you haven't sent yet.
Confirmed Departures
All trips where your offer was accepted and a confirmed trip was created.
Each departure shows the route, date, aircraft, passenger count, and payment status. This is where you manage your operational pipeline — reviewing payment proof, monitoring booking statuses, and communicating with passengers.
Staff
Manage the team members who share access to your operator account.
You can invite colleagues (ops staff, pilots, dispatch) so they can log in and use the Operator Panel under your company account. All staff members share the same operator account and see the same data.
Preferences
Company-level settings for your operator account.
Covers:
- Quote currency and local currency (required before submitting offers)
- Company information: legal name, contact details
- Base airports: where your aircraft are positioned
- Any other operator-level configuration options
Review this section first after your account is approved.
Payment Settings
Bank account details for receiving traveler payments.
Travelers who pay by bank transfer are shown your payment details from this section. Keep this up to date so payments are directed correctly.
Mobile Navigation — Drawer
On mobile (screen width below 768px), the sidebar collapses into a hidden drawer.
To open the menu:
- Tap the hamburger icon (≡) in the top-left corner of the screen
- The drawer slides open from the left
- Tap any section to navigate to it
- The drawer closes automatically after selection
All the same sections are available in the mobile drawer as in the desktop sidebar.
On mobile, the Dashboard is the fastest way to jump to what needs attention — it surfaces active requests and unread conversations without you needing to open each section separately.
Notification Bell
The notification bell appears in the top-right corner of the Operator Panel on all screen sizes.
The bell shows a badge when you have unread notifications. Tap it to open your notifications list.
You receive notifications for:
| Event | What triggers it |
|---|---|
| New flight request | A traveler's trip request has been sent to your account |
| Offer accepted | A traveler accepted one of your submitted offers |
| Offer rejected | A traveler selected a different operator's offer |
| Payment proof submitted | A traveler uploaded proof of payment on a confirmed booking |
| New message | A traveler sent you a message in a conversation |
| Offer expired | One of your submitted offers passed its validity window without a decision |
Check your notifications regularly to avoid missing time-sensitive requests.
Recent Conversations
The Dashboard displays a Recent Conversations list — a quick-access panel showing your most recently active chats with travelers.
Tap any conversation to open it directly. This is the fastest way to respond to a traveler who has messaged you without navigating through Confirmed Departures.
For a full guide to chat, see Chat with Travelers.
