Managing Your Offers

After you submit an offer, it moves into a lifecycle managed by both you and the traveler. This page explains how to track your offers, what each status means, and what actions are available.

Viewing Your Offers

Open My Offers from the sidebar.

The three tabs

TabWhat it shows
ActiveOffers currently awaiting a traveler decision (submitted, not yet accepted/rejected/expired)
SubmittedAll submitted offers — includes accepted, rejected, expired outcomes
AllEvery offer you have ever created, including drafts

The Active tab is your primary working view. Check it regularly alongside Flight Requests to stay on top of your commercial pipeline.

Offer Statuses

StatusWhat it means
DraftSaved but not yet sent to the traveler. You can still edit and submit.
SubmittedSent to the traveler. Awaiting their decision.
AcceptedThe traveler selected your offer. A confirmed trip has been created.
RejectedThe traveler reviewed your offer and selected a different operator's offer explicitly.
Auto-rejectedAnother operator's offer was accepted, and your offer was automatically declined as a result.
WithdrawnYou withdrew the offer before the traveler made a decision.
ExpiredYour offer's validity window passed without a decision.

Editing a Draft Offer

You can edit an offer as many times as you need while it remains in Draft status.

  1. Go to My Offers
  2. Open your draft offer (look in the All tab if it doesn't appear in Active)
  3. Make your changes
  4. Tap Save Draft to keep editing later, or Submit to send it to the traveler

Once you submit, editing is no longer available. See the Withdrawing section below if you need to change a submitted offer.

Withdrawing a Submitted Offer

If you need to change your pricing, update leg details, or retract an offer for any reason after submitting, you must withdraw it first.

Steps to withdraw

  1. Go to My Offers
  2. Find the submitted offer you want to withdraw
  3. Open the offer detail
  4. Tap Withdraw Offer
  5. Confirm the withdrawal

The offer status changes to Withdrawn. The traveler is notified that the offer is no longer available.

When to withdraw

  • Your aircraft availability has changed and you can no longer operate the trip
  • Your pricing needs to be corrected
  • Leg times or dates need to be adjusted
  • You want to add or change the aircraft assignment

After withdrawing

You can submit a new offer on the same flight request as long as the request is still active (not expired or cancelled).

  1. Go to Flight Requests → find the original request
  2. Tap Create Offer
  3. Fill in your revised offer and submit
note

Withdrawing and resubmitting creates a new offer record. The traveler sees your new offer — the withdrawn version is no longer visible to them.

What Happens When Your Offer Is Accepted

When a traveler accepts your offer:

  1. Your offer status changes to Accepted
  2. A confirmed trip is created automatically from your offer details
  3. Bookings are issued to all travelers included in the trip
  4. The confirmed trip appears in your Confirmed Departures
  5. You receive a notification

All other operators who submitted offers on the same flight request have their offers automatically rejected at the same time.

From this point, your workflow moves to Confirmed Departures. See Confirmed Trips and Departures.

What Happens When Your Offer Is Rejected or Auto-Rejected

Rejected: The traveler explicitly reviewed and declined your offer in favour of another.

Auto-rejected: The traveler accepted a different operator's offer, and yours was automatically closed out as a result.

In both cases:

  • The offer moves out of your Active tab
  • No further action is needed on that offer
  • The flight request itself may or may not still be open for new submissions — check the request status if you want to revisit it

What Happens When Your Offer Expires

If the validity window you set on the offer passes without a traveler decision:

  • The offer status changes to Expired
  • It moves out of your Active tab
  • The traveler can no longer accept it

If the flight request is still open, you can create a new offer with an updated validity window and pricing.

Offer History

The All tab in My Offers gives you a complete history of every offer you've created — regardless of status or how old it is. Use this for reference, dispute resolution, or internal reporting.
