Conversations Reference
jet4us has several types of conversations depending on your role and the stage of your trip. This page explains each type, who can access it, and when it becomes available.
Conversation Types

Operator Access
Operators are automatically added to relevant conversations after offer acceptance.

| Traveler Direct | Yes — one conversation per individual booking |
Current Limitations
The following features are not yet available:
- File and image attachments (text messages only)
- Push notifications (messages are visible in-app only)
- Typing indicators
- Message read receipts
These limitations apply to all conversation types.
