This page covers who can perform which actions on jet4us and what rules apply to each booking mode.

Phone Verification Requirement

Your phone number must be verified before you can perform any of the following actions:

  • Creating a trip request
  • Joining a trip request
  • Booking a seat on a confirmed flight
  • Accepting a trip invitation

To add and verify your phone number: go to your account settings and follow the phone verification steps. You'll receive a one-time code by SMS.


Authentication Requirement

You must be logged in to take any booking or trip action on jet4us.

Guests (not logged in) can:

  • Browse available flights and seat pooling trips
  • Search for routes and airports
  • View public trip details

Guests cannot:

  • Create a trip request
  • Join or reserve a seat
  • View offers or accept them
  • Access chat or bookings
  • Perform any payment action

When you attempt an action that requires login, jet4us will prompt you to log in or create an account and return you to the same action afterward.
